Certificate III In Music
Certificate III in Music reflects the role of individuals who apply a broad range of competencies in various work contexts in the music industry.
The course is designed for people who have a love of music and some practical skills as a musician. Individual interests in music will be fostered and learning goals established to enable you to gain necessary skills in musicianship with support provided by your chosen specialist, as you focus on one instrument.

Course Outline
- Includes although not limited to:
Work effectively in the music industry
Develop and apply aural perception skills
Create simple musical compositions
Make music demos
Prepare for musical performances
Attendance
- The course runs over 2 years (36 contact weeks per year).
- Students attend Friday each week (per year), 9:00am – 4.00pm (TBC).
Fees
- Course cost $3,450.00 (per year).
- Matrix Pro Merchandise $100.00 (per year).
- End of Year Showcase Costumes $50.00 (per year).
Course Requirements
- Minimum Age of 15.
- Live audition – Interview, Instrument and Vocal Solo.
- In house study with self study.
